Cancellations
A late cancellation fee applies to missed appointments and late cancellations. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
Direct billing
We bill Alberta Blue Cross, Sun Life and GreenShield directly, and many other insurers such as Canada Life and Manulife through TELUS Health eClaims.
Common questions
What does the first visit include?
About 60 minutes for a full health history, an assessment, your treatment plan and your first acupuncture treatment.
Do you offer packages?
Yes, Frank will walk you through the fee structure before you receive a treatment.
